You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on tar55. This age restriction is strictly enforced in accordance with international responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. If tar55 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending full KYC verification, and any balance accrued during the suspected underage period may be forfeited.
The Services are intended primarily for players resident in Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. tar55 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that its Services are legal in all jurisdictions.
By registering, you confirm that you are not under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract, and that you are not accessing the Platform in a Prohibited Territory as defined in these Terms.
Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from tar55 or who are subject to a gambling exclusion order in any jurisdiction are not eligible to register or maintain an account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Age verification is mandatory. Players who provide false information regarding their age will have their accounts permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any accrued winnings forfeited without compensation.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on tar55 at any time. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual (whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method) constitutes a breach of these Terms. tar55 reserves the right to close all associated duplicate accounts and to void any associated transactions.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, current residential address, and a valid mobile phone number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify tar55 promptly of any changes via the account support channel.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tar55 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact tar55 support immediately at [email protected].
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure may be requested for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures described in Section 6, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
tar55 is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. KYC verification is a non-waivable requirement and cannot be bypassed or deferred indefinitely.

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 1–24 hours of receiving all required documents. tar55 may request additional documentation if submitted materials are incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent with registered account information. Players will be notified of any additional requirements via email.
Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of first request, or accounts where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or falsified, will be permanently closed. Funds in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where fraud is established.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the tar55 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If tar55 identifies a deposit originating from an account not matching the registered player's name, the deposit may be reversed, the account suspended, and further verification required.
tar55 does not charge platform-side deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard inter-bank transfer fees. These external fees are not within tar55's control.
If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within the published processing window, you must contact customer support with the transaction reference number, the sending bank, and the transfer date and time (WIB). tar55 will investigate and resolve confirmed banking-side delays within 1 business day.
Withdrawals are available exclusively to Players who have completed KYC verification. Real-money balances that are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met.
tar55 targets same-day processing for verified accounts. The standard processing window is 2–6 hours during Indonesian banking business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next applicable business day. tar55 does not guarantee processing within the target window and shall not be liable for delays attributable to the receiving bank's infrastructure.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless a change has been approved by the tar55 compliance team following additional verification. tar55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.
tar55 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Standard fees applied by your receiving bank are your responsibility.
All promotional offers issued by tar55 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. These general clauses apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden by the promotion-specific terms.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they convert to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement and a value of Rp 100.000 requires a total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering calculations.
Unless a promotion-specific term states otherwise, Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire 7 calendar days from the date of award. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress accumulated against them are automatically forfeited.
tar55 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where it identifies: (a) multiple accounts claiming the same promotion; (b) systematic exploitation of wagering loopholes; (c) coordinated bonus harvesting across related accounts; or (d) any other conduct reasonably interpreted as bonus abuse. tar55's determination in such matters is final subject to formal dispute resolution.
tar55 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotional benefit and reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to eligible players.
All betting outcomes and game results displayed on the tar55 platform are final once settled. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game or bet result, tar55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Winnings generated through a demonstrable system error will not be honored.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. For live in-play markets, tar55 may suspend trading temporarily to reassess odds; bets placed during a suspended period will be voided and stakes returned. Markets including bandar bola (Asian football handicap / spread betting), Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Sports Betting Help section of the Platform.
All slot games hosted on tar55 operate with a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage representing the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP is a statistical measure over millions of rounds and does not predict or guarantee results in any individual session. Each spin is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and is fully independent of all previous outcomes.
In the event of an internet disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's built-in logic. If a round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the result will be recorded in the Platform's server logs and any winnings credited accordingly. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, tar55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, even if tar55 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Where tar55 is found directly liable for a specific verifiable loss caused by a Platform error, our liability in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the affected Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made voluntarily and at your sole discretion. tar55 accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any individual bet, game, or gaming session.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the tar55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. tar55 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tar55 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence. If you are resident in Indonesia, you are advised to obtain independent legal advice regarding your rights under Indonesian law as they relate to online gaming services.

tar55 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required to address security vulnerabilities, regulatory requirements, or fraud prevention, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
